Shipping policy

Delivery Partner: Dropp

All orders placed with EGOS ehf. are shipped via Dropp, our trusted delivery partner in Iceland. We aim to offer fast, secure, and reliable deliveries to ensure a smooth shopping experience.


Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to addresses within Iceland only. International shipping is not available at this time.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order confirmation.
  • Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Delivery Time

  • Once processed, deliveries typically take 1-3 business days, depending on your location within Iceland.
  • Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays, sale periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions.

Delivery Method & Pickup Points

  • All orders are delivered to your nearest Dropp pickup point.
  • You will receive an SMS notification from Dropp when your order is ready for collection.
  • Please bring a valid ID and the pickup code provided in the SMS to collect your order.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery (to Dropp Pickup Point): 990 ISK (or as shown at checkout).

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS, allowing you to follow your package's journey through Dropp’s tracking service.

Unclaimed Packages

  • Packages must be collected from the Dropp pickup point within 14 days.
  • If the package is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to PBS ehf.
  • Unclaimed packages will incur a restocking fee of 1,500 ISK, which will be deducted from your refund if the order is cancelled due to non-collection.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact us at elvaosk@elvaosk.is with your order number and tracking details. We will work with Dropp to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, or if any items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • We may request photos of the damaged items and packaging to support a claim with Dropp.

Address Changes

  • Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.
  • Please double-check your delivery information before completing your order.
  • If you need to update your address immediately after ordering, contact us at elvaosk@elvaosk.is as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
